I had booked 3 rooms, for myself and my two brothers. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and bidet shower for the toilet bowl. I loved the height of the bed which makes getting up and out easy. Cleanliness wise, i was happy to see that housekeeping cleans the room everyday. Nice to come back to my room every evening. Last night before checkout, the housekeeping staff actually made a cute towel arrangement on my bed. :-) Breakfast at the hotel was very pleasant as the staff and crew were very friendly and attentive. I definitely enjoyed my holiday better because of the pleasant hotel. Thank you everyone.

Full disclaimer: I had my room upgraded for free, but it wouldn't change my opinion (they are that good). The room was outstanding! It's comfortable for family and large enough to host other family members to hang out. The service is superb, from friendly customer service staffs, quick and great laundry service and most of all the breakfast is fabulous. We love the breakfast selections, with plenty of variations and delicious menu and most importantly hygienic. The location is also prime, with direct access to mall and plenty of restaurants. Safe to say I will stay there again when I visit Bandung next time.

Every staff is amazingly kind and professional. Easily we can find that this hotel makes their importance to equip and to maintain its facilities in well-qualified condition. I enjoyed my stay without any stress even comparing with my experience in Japan. I extended my stay twice and stayed there more than a month at the end. The room is adequate for me n family. Everything is great including location, staff, bed, cleanliness and plus point is mall next to hotel. The bathroom is quite small. Tedious for parents wz small kids to bath in together.
