Rooms are spacious, extravagantly decorated, with amazing views of the Mumbai skyline. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast options are mind-blowing! I had an issue with a mouldy smell in my room - staff were very helpful in relocating me to another room in the middle of the night.

Reception people are very friendly and efficient. The whole hotel is clean and in good condition. The room is spacy and the bed comfortable. The Cleaner surprised me every day with a new Towel Animal what is a nice gestures. Everything is functional and works. The executive lounge is a bonus of this hotel. The staff there are very friendly and remember your drink preference. The buffet is very good (hot Indian food, Salat's and Sandwiches, and more). The SPA is was good and for a big hotel above expectations. The breakfast buffet had many choices for each taste. Overall ... I will come again.

Everything was wonderful except for checkin. This is a fablous hotel, spotlessly clean and with absolute attention to detail. The food and variety of dishes excellent. Having tried the Olive restaurant I preferred the Le Sutra resturant any day. Have to add the location is ideal for trips to the more historical sites.
