Exceptional hosts - the warmth of their welcome and care made our stay so very special. Any requests were dealt with promptly. The staff were courteous and helpful. Delicious breakfast at The Manor which is part of the complex. We loved staying in this leafy old enclave of Delhi. It was great for our family group of 9! A home from home. Had a wonderful and safe stay! This was my 2nd stay at a bloom hotel and this one was with a friend for visa work. We booked this location because its fairly close to the VFS office in shivaji metro station. I was a bit apprehensive about booking bunk beds but they were so comfortable! Some friends told us to be careful outside the hotel because the area is more local. We were careful and didn't face any problems. The staff were very professional and helpful. Travelling alone or with just a friend as women can sometimes be a little concerning but this place was safe and I appreciated how well lit all areas were no matter what the hour. Thank you to the hotel and staff!
