Erika sent precise, accurate directions and was there waiting for us. She gave us much information about Brescia and spent a lot of time answering any questions we had and also texted us restaurant recommendations. Nothing seemed to be a trouble, even making restaurant reservations when we couldn't get through. She is a very thoughtful person who goes out of her way to assist. The appartment is very clean and well cared for. We found the bed very comfortable. The location is perfect - in a quiet street very close to the centre of the city and a Metro station and bus stops with easy access to other locations in Brescia. There are many cafes close if you don't want to make your own breakfast and good restaurants nearby. L'Altana is highly recommended. Brescia is a lovely city with lots to see and do. Loved the breakfast. Looks really good. Was surprised how warm it was inside. Really a well kept place. The rooms are VERY spacious. We were traveling with our 2yr old and they gave us a baby cot per request so another bed was unused. Bathroom had a shower and a tub. Big bathroom. The bed was kind of hard but it didn't bother us. Location is good, near to brescia so we went to lago di garda and lado d'iseo as well. There was also a local vintage fair held inside the villa. We like the vintage stuff so we checked it out some.

The location is not easily accessible by public transport so you will definitely need a car but that is the only thing rather than that an amazing place with great staff and services

Staff was super nice and room was clean, I did not expect that we would get a closed box in a garage and that was a huge plus because we traveled with motorcycles. Breakfast was also delicious.

The place itself was really great! Nadia and Ugo (the owners) are the nicest people, and tended to our every request. The room was actually two rooms connected with a corridor with one shared bathroom. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and closet for each room. The breakfast was very good, and served fresh each morning. We also had a parking spot right next to the house.
