I will definitely start take care with the property's rating on Booking.com. Most guests are European or American, and they value "friendliness", smiling, waving, calling by name and find it beautiful to stay in a homely atmosphere. They don't care about comfort, high standard of services, quality of bed, furniture, shower, 24-hour reception and everything that a reasonable hotel has, expensive investment objective. But they don't give a good evaluation because they consider the treatment to be impersonal. This is the case with this hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Location is perfect, you can reach the Shopping center Via Mazzini within 2 minutes walking and the beautiful Real Palace with the Gardens takes around seven minutes. The breakfast buffet was good.

Wonderful location if you are looking place for relaxing and enjoying weather. Luxury hotel. All details in the interior with a lot of love and attention. For the value of money I don’t think so that possible get better. Far from Naples but if you have car it’s no problem. We was without car. Used taxi from Naples centre (costed 80eur), but in the hotek we stay 2 days so don’t spend so much. Hotel price is very very good, breakfast are perfect and included and for dinner we went to the hotel restaurant. Restaurant is very good and prices are friendly. In day time we used bar and snacks. If you planning in advance without car just take some extra snacks instead of dinner. Wonderful experience.

The rooms were very nice, clean and curtains blocked out all the outside light. Plenty of parking. WiFi was fast but took a couple of times to connect. Our room was next to a busy road but we couldn't hear any traffic.
