A lovely hotel with a warm welcome! We have had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a great spot - close to everything but far enough away that it's really quiet. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room and balcony very nice and kept really clean. We've had a lovely time and would definitely return.

The hotel was in an excellent location for us as we had arrived by train and the hotel is just across the road from the station. We were at an event at Palazzo dei Congressi and the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel is welcoming and very clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The staff were so so friendly and welcoming both to my partner and I, but also to our dog. No matter the time of day or night, we were always greeted with a friendly Hello and the dog got some attention too.
