The Aqua Palace is in a perfect position between the Rialto and St Mark’s Square yet situated on a canal just off the busy streets. Arrival directly to the hotel by water taxi is possible and a real treat. The decor was sumptuous and stylish and wowed the friends we had brought with us on our third visit to the hotel, this time to help me to celebrate a special birthday. The staff were helpful and charming and were happy to arrange drinks and nibbles before we went out to dinner, as well as nightcaps on our return! We’ll certainly be back for another visit soon. Thank you Aqua Palace.

I would definitely recommend!! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accessible. The location was perfect, not far from the train and bus station. Near to public transport, so it took not more than half an hour to get to Venice centre. The appartment was clean and comfortable. We were satisfied with everything! With pleasure would stay again. :)

Excellent location in Venice, just 5 minutes from St Mark's Square and 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge in it's own private courtyard. They offered an excellent continental breakfast with a very varied choice along with waiter service for beverages and cooked options. The rooms are comfortable with a safe, television and ensuite bathroom which has a rainfall power shower along with complimentary shampoo and shower gel. It also has a hairdryer and full length mirror. A really lovely hotel with very friendly staff who cannot do enough to make your stay a good one.
