Villa is stunning, staff is very friendly and polite I was very confused with past reviews, we stayed for 3 nights and we interacted with every staff member and they were so nice. The room that we got had an amazing view, and the restoran food was very tasty and well presented. Complimentary breakfast was also good with a variety of choices. Definitely a recommended stay.

Very clean rooms, free car park right next to hotel. AC in our room was good. Breakfast was nice. Pool was fun for our family on a summers day too. Very friendly and professional staff made our 2 night stay very pleasant.

Despite our late arrival the night porter was there to greet us. Our room was lovely - airy, clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, too . Breakfast the next morning was exceptional! There was so much choice, catering for every taste and need, from scrambled eggs to croissants to yoghurts, seeds and fruit. The hotel was ideally situated for continuing on our journey. Wonderful place to stay, staff helpful and very friendly. Food excellent, despite being only a mile away from Montecatini Termé centre we ate in the hotel restaurant most nights. The swimming pool was probably the b at in the area. The famous funicular railway up to Montecatini Alto was only a few hundred yards away and the view from up there were truly breathtaking.

Wall Art is at the same time hotel, residence, convention centre, art gallery, book shop, restaurant, and bar. It is located along River Bisenzio in Prato, a 10-minute walk from the train station.
