The hotel looks new, fresh, clean and beautiful. The SPA zone is well worth your time and money. The outside pool has wonderful scenery. The location is great - calm, close to the marina and beach, not far from the old town (I much prefer this location to the old town). The reception staff was outstanding.

To keep my story short, I just have to say that everything was perfect 👌 The hotel is wonderful, located i a less busy street. The car could be parked under the hotel and there were city-bikes available. Awesome! I had a nice room with a wonderful view over the pool and the mountains. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was helpful. A special thanks to Gabriella. Every morning, we had a nice conversation. She gave me a lot of advice and suggestions for things to do, and she made me feel very welcome 🙏 For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, always fresh. Incredible 👏 Truly an amazing hotel. The hotel location is perfect and nearby most of the attractions. It has both lake views and Mountain View’s. The rooms are big and well organized. They have free car parking. The breakfast is delicious with many different options. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the hotel. One of the important features for me was the gas station and big supermarket are infront of the hotel. Highly recommended and wonderful. Thanks for the staff for their hospitality and good service.

This was our first time visiting La Garda, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The customer service and staff was great. The facilities was very clean. And the breakfast was truly 10/10 with so much variety and quality food. The staff was consistently attentive any accommodations during our entire few weeks traveling in Italy. Further, on the day of checkout, we unfortunately left our wallet behind. When we realized, in a panic we called the Resort, and immediately they mobilize to go to the room to look for it for us, they took our loss seriously and made genuine effort to help us. They called us within the hour to inform us they have located it. And because it was a weekend, they needed till weekday to find shipping method so they can send it to us. I was worried they would forget about this and not get back to us, however they did not forget and reached out to let us know they will ship it right away. We are extremely grateful for attentiveness and extremely high level of customer service. Preparing nice room is one thing, but helping us in moment of trouble is above and beyond. Thank you @staff for your kindness to helping us. We are from abroad, and have travel in many places, Astoria Resort has been one of the best experiences for us and we hope we will have good fortune to visit again.
