Incredible staff! We were treated to a bottle of Prosecco upon check in. Clean linen and towels. Aqua di Parma cosmetics. Our own kitchen and delicious coffee. We have our own closed garage. We LOVED our stay in this hotel. In the style of an old grand hotel but freshly modernized. We had a corner room with 4 windows and the feeling of looking out over this beauiful city was truly marvelous. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want and the staff was super attentive. The location is close to everything and across the street from Armondo's where we had hand cut ham for lunch every day.
