IsraelI want to tell you that our stay was wonderful. Everything was great.
I have to say that your staff is the best!, all of them are very kind and gave us great service, we really liked that it affected a lot our stay positively.
I also have to say that the breakfast is excellent as well the restaurants you have inside the hotel.
So in general our feedback about the hotel is more than 10, and definitely we will come back soon with our friends and familiars.

AustriaVery nice experience, the hot spring is gorgeous (note: but public during the day). The hotel is appealing, we had big rooms with balcony and a huge bathroom, everything was clean and cozy. The staff is exceptionelly friendly and took very good care of diet allergies during breakfast, which comes as a huge buffet with a great variety of Jordanien food.

The resort looked like a small village with a lot of facilities for everyone and a nice design. A lot of pools separately for adults and families with children. Our room was lovely and clean. The staff was incredibly kind and professional and willing to assist you anytime. Special thanks to the guest relations manager Rawan that assist us both for checking in earlier as we were travelling from afar and during a small emergency that we had. Booked in the beginning of our trip for a bit of relaxation and it was perfect for it. The interior design of the hotel is gorgeous, the staff is very warm and welcoming and the views from the hotel are fantastic. I would also recomend eating dinner here - a lot of local dishes and wine to choose from. There was also some live music that made the dinner even more special.
