Staffs is amazing, they are very friendly and accommodating. It's a perfect place to stay with a luxurious hotel like Cinnamon Grand Hotel. Will recommend this. Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room. Loved that we were handed over a 10% discount card to shop at their Paradise road stores.
