Giving 10/10 so that this review is shown in the top list for guests who's looking to book. "Not Recommended - Avoid This Hotel Room: The room itself was average, but the bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the drain, which was reported but remained unresolved. Staff: The check-in staff was polite, but check-out was a poor experience. The staff member—a tall lady—was rude and unprofessional. When I asked her to check if my payment had already been processed through Booking.com, she responded by banging on the desk instead of answering politely. This behavior was unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable end to the stay. Location: Great, central city location, but not worth the trouble. Breakfast: Disappointing. The setup was unappealing and lacked essentials, even a coffee machine. It seemed they didn’t care about quality at all. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For a bit more, you can find a hotel with far better service and amenities."

Absolutely beautiful and lovely decorated apartment in the heart of Kotor Old Town. It was located right next to shops and restaurants, and easy to get to. It had two spacious bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom - every room nicely decorated with great attention to details. It was comfortable with A/C and everything we needed during our stay. From the bedrooms we had a lovely view over the narrow streets of the old town. The owner was the kindest host we have ever encountered and she was very generous. This is a hidden gem and we highly recommend booking it. Thank you so much!
