Good location and breakfast service, a nice public transportation sections.

Kind and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, good location, breakfast and dinner were delicious (they even had gluten-free options)

1-We loved this Hotel in every aspect, it was amazing from the beginning when they received us upon arrival and took our luggage, till we checked out and Mr. Redwan from the reception was there for farewell to the moment we drove away to the airport! 2- Upon our arrival There was a welcoming message in hand writing addressed to us with a gift from the hotel, it was a nice gesture. 3-Amazing staff, I honestly have experienced a lot of hotels all over the world, but to meet a staff such as in Phoenicia Hotel is something extraordinary, they keep smiling at us, greeting us, and special thanks in this regard goes to Mr. Redwan from the reception and Miss. Shan from Palm court. 4- The cleaning is unbelievable, spotless everywhere, imagine your room is being cleaned twice! They have night cleaning in addition to the morning cleaning, at night they simply knock the door and if you were in the room they ask you if you need night cleaning or anything in regard to the housekeeping, 5-They is a Flower base being replaced with fresh flowers vase every day, I did say this is an amazing hotel! 6-The location of the hotel is stunning in the heart of Valetta, few meters from the entrance you find yourself at the beautiful fountain, few steps and you are among the shops, restaurants, and coffee shops of the wonderful Valetta. 7- The view from the room was out of this world, we enjoyed the harbor view. 8- Amazing gardens on site, we enjoyed walking through the trees and flowers all the way to the swimming pool, and there we enjoyed our delicious drink. 9-The breakfast at contessa restaurant was a breathtaking when we sit at the terrace enjoying the morning breeze, though you need to come early to find a table in the terrace otherwise enjoy having your breakfast inside in a cosy ambiance. 10The restaurants were great, the contessa and the bar steak, we really enjoyed the most delicious steak in the bar steak restaurant.

Room, breakfast and location everything was above and better than I expected. The breakfast was amazing, best out of my entire trip!

I celebrated my birthday, the hotel gave me champagne and a cake, they gave me a very beautiful room with a view from the window

Rustic and authentic with lots of space. Delightful staff! Great breakfast and superb location.

It is really clean, the roof terrace is a great amenity and I loved spending time there, several toilets and showers so you don't have to queue, the kitchen is well equipped, also even if there are any problems the staff solves them quickly and efficiently. and they have maps of the area for everyone!! I absolutely recommend it, will definitely be back if coming to Malta again. Great value for the money!

We loved everything about our stay! I especially loved staying in the ancient buildings with their thick stone walls and arched doorways! The neighborhood is beautiful and atmospheric. We were close to some fantastic restaurants, all within walking distance. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, giving us some great suggestions for sites to see and explore.We walked to the Victoria Lines, a cool walking trail that begins at a park called Top of the World.
