Beautiful place, nice rooms with comfortable bed, TV, ac and even mini refrigerator, nice small swimming pool, very clean, in the center of Playa del Carmen - just 2 min walk from 5th Avenue and few min from the beach, but still quite and wonderful stuff who are always nice and helpful. I stayed 3 nights, and I'll be happy to come here again.

The hotel is cozy and the room with terrace I booked was great. I loved the fact that breakfast was included, fresh fruit and juices were served every morning, with a daily special from Gabriel that was cooking…he is lovely 😀. The room was equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body shower. The location is great, as it is close to the beach and to the main central area. They offer free bikes for rent and beach towels, which is genius. I did not find it particularly noisy, besides the Saturday but if you want to be central you need to consider there will be nightlife as well. Everything is walking distance, you don’t necessarily need a car, although I wanted to visit cenotes , etc. I was by myself so I found it safer to ask the hotel helping me booking transfers, which they did. Taxis are extremely expensive, I therefore suggest you rent a car or use other transportation instead. The girls at the desk were always available 24/7 and extremely helpful. The girl from the night shift was very sweet and welcoming 😀 Claudia which was there daytime has been professional and proactive. I will definitely recommend staying there 😍

The hotel is amazing! It has good localisation in the city center and offers plenty of interesting activities as a free entry to the gym or a massage. The condos are big, spacious and well equipped. The parking is available. Also the stuff is very pleasant and helpful. Truly recommend!

Amazing location close to the beach, and to the walking street with bars & restaurants as well as to the supermarket. Super friendly people, from the 24/7 reception to the pool guy. Best value stay in Mexico so far, with a lovely poolside room. Not to many rooms in total, and even a kitchen and water cooler to use. As well as private parking and great wifi .

Great hotel centrally located in Playa Del Carmen. Easy walk away from local shops and restaurants, right next to 5th avenue. The hotel in itself was beautiful and well kept with a massive pool area, which we loved. The room was perfect, very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The beds were also super comfy. While not a beach front hotel we were able to go to asi beach club (2 minute walk away from the hotel) by showing our wristbands, so we had the best of both worlds. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, I would 100% come back and stay at this hotel.
