Diana in the Reception was simply amazing! She looked at my requests prior to my arrival and she did the best to accommodate them. The check in interaction was very pleasant and I was explained all the facilities in the hotel. I worked from the hotel lounge which had great coffee with oat milk, water and snacks! The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are very clean and the maintainance is perfect. The location of the hotel is great because there are many restaurants, bars, coffee places and just a great area to walk around. All the people working in the hotel were very nice and friendly and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and practical with nice styling. The close proximity to the metro stop made it very easy to get to from the train station with our luggage. I'm keen to return to The Hague and would book this hotel again.
