Comes with office hour Reception. Naomi and Caro were very friendly and helpful with the luggages. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Surprisingly, Miele washing machine, dryer and stoves.

Communication before arrival, the arrival itself and the reception at the hotel were exceptional! This was followed by the uniquely furnished and designed room.

Good location not far from City-Center (it's 15 mins with a bike) I didn't know that a Castel near the Maas-River could be so romantic This is one of the best hotels in Maastricht, if not the best i've stayed.
