I liked everything. Metro was very close to the hotel, easy transfer to Amsterdam Central. The young Lady at the reception, i think her name is Noha if i remember correctly, she was really helpful, i wish every hotel had staff like her.

I had an amazing time staying at The Dylan Amsterdam Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Despite it being a large hotel, they somehow managed to know every guest by name, which made my experience feel so personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is luxurious and incredibly comfortable—everything from the rooms to the overall ambiance made for a relaxing stay. The quality of the food was outstanding as well, adding to the overall experience. A huge shoutout to the reception team, especially Kaylani who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and another special thanks to Amber who very kindly walked with me with an Umbrella in hand through the pouring rain to my taxi outside the hotel. Both Their genuine friendliness made my stay extra special. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing food in Amsterdam.

Great view, great location. It is far from the chaos of the old town but close enough to walk. Quiet safe neighborhood. Rooms were big and had nice view. Definitely recommended!
