The woman at the front desk was lovely and professional. She couldn't do more to make sure we had enjoyed our stay. The unit was roomy with everything you could ask for. I thought I had left something behind and rang the hotel to enquire...again the young lady couldn't do enough to help.

Fresh smelling non-smoking bed-room and bathroom - all spotlessly clean. These are the most important items for me. Lovely view over the city, and quiet at night with no city noise.

Very close to town, far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle but close enough to just pop down the supermarket. The room was exactly what we wanted. I read some reviews before we stayed and most were positive. I recall someone had commented that the spa bath was too small - but I found it to be perfect!! Our room was very warm, had all the things we needed for a two night stay (mini kitchen was well equipped) and we loved the single seater couches - they were really comfy. We will definately stay again.

Brougham Heights Motel is centrally located in the New Plymouth city centre. The New Plymouth Foreshore Walkway is less than 500-metres away, and all units include a spa bath.

You will hardly ever find an accommodation with a better view, nicer and friendlier host and more luxury equipped interior. It was amazing. Such a jewel in accommodation! And the host: such a nice, friendly, welcoming, helpful and great guy. He even baked his own bread for us for breakfast. Simply the best. Thank you so much! Please, everyone, do yourself a favour and stay more than 1 night.
