Warm 5 star service from front desk to restaurant staff to the concierge. They upgraded us to a lovely Sky Suite. The place is very much up to 5 star level and after staying at the Okada down the road, the Solaire makes the OKada service look like a training facility. The Solaire will be Our new home while in Manila.

Location of course is excellent being right there with Glorieta and SM Makati. The room was very accommodating, clean and spacious. I have no negative issues and concerns with the room. Usually I am in PH 18 days or more. It would be nice if Ascott would offer long stay rates to make it more affordable. The breakfast buffet was good. I want to also thank the staff overall in every department for the awesome hospitality and kindness they show to their guest.

Great location in Makati. Hotel lobby is beautiful and a true luxury experience. Pool is very nice and large, good for lap swimming, plus a shallow play pool for kids. Staff were exceptional, friendly and kind. Great location close to several malls for a variety of dining options.
