I liked the hotel's building, the territory of the hotel and the surroundings. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly too.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. I came to do some training with the road bike, so I especially liked the swimming pool and spa. The restaurants in town are about 15 minutes walk, and they are quite nice. The staff was very helpful, giving me a room to lock the bike in.

I asked for a vegan breakfast and a staff member called me asking for my specific needs. To be honest, it doesn't happen very often... and the location is great, with local attractions just one or two minutes away

Comfortable bed, good size room, kitchen available to prepare meals. Fridge in the kitchen and a small one in the room was a bonus! Really friendly and helpful staff. We are totally grateful for letting us leave our car outside the hotel for 3 nights when we stayed in the mountains. Very kind 😇 Tasty homemade breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Superb location slightly away from the town centre but closer to the trail, exactly what we needed. We are very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay there again 😀

Apartament is not bad, as shown on the photos. I don't like Karpach in this area, the road are without footpath, people and cars use the one space. Nature, mountains are not visible at all, only houses and roads
