The rooms were clean, bathroom had a pleasant smell. The room sizes were big and the beds were king size. Beds were a little too soft for us, but we managed. The apartment had everything for a nice stay. A small kitchen and a refrigerator was also there. One great thing is that paid street parking just out side the main gate. We easily got the place to park and you can just buy it on the machine standing there (pay either by card or cash - PLN 6 per hour). The property also has its own provision of parking space but the price is same as the street parking outside. We were better off with hourly paid parking as we went out with the car. Location of the property is nice with just 2 km from the old town. Also, supermarket (carrefour) is just 100 metres away, which was quite handy in the mornings. One of the few properties in the areas with air conditioner and still withing budget.

great location right in the middle of the Jewish quarter and krakow centre. only 20mins drive away from the salt mines. lovely and clean hotel and the staff where very helpful, nothing was ever to much trouble.

I was very pleased. I don’t think I realised just how stylish and fun the decor was from the initial pictures on the listing but the location was great so we booked. The place was super cool. The hotel was really fun and a nice mix of old world and stylish modern accents with the decor. It’s super central. Right in the heart of the city. Feels very safe. The buildings around it are absolutely beautiful. You are a very short walk from the pedestrianised city centre which is beautiful in the day or the night. It felt very safe and there were tonnes of things to do right on the doorstep. In fact we arrived at the hotel and without even checking in were recommended a wonderful restaurant a mere 10 second walk from the front door which turned out to be a wonderful experience on its own. Very handy as we were starving. The hotel staff were always on hand and very helpful. We are coming back later this year and will definitely be staying there again. They organised a terrific car service that made arrival and departure very seamless. I think Krakow is our new favourite city and it’s due in no small part to the excellent front of house staff, the the quality of the food in the restaurant and the overall comfort of the room. Very relaxed and will definitely recommend!
