To give this hotel less than a 10 would be unworthy! We had an excellent one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms; very spacious and with an amazing view of the marina and Ria Formosa. Within easy walking distance to the Mercado, centre, shops and restaurants, even for seniors like us. Very friendly staff. Only 20 minutes from Faro airport.

In the restaurant we had a waiter who was so great with our kids. They talked about football and had a great conversation going on with both the 5 year old and 9 year old. He really made our day and I think our kids felt like the most important guests that night. We loved it!

The location is very central. The staff were efficient and very helpful. We arrived very early and with alot of luggage, the hotel stored it in their storeroom so we could go off and enjoy ourselves. We were thrilled because they didn't have to do that. The breakfast is lovely too.

I really liked the size and aspect of the room; big and modern. The breakfast has a decent choice of food. The service is GREAT! Everyone, from the lovely (Ukrainian) young man who greeted us at arrival outside the hotel, to the receptionists, and everyone in the restaurant/breakfast area were lovely. And André who was wonderful at breakfast, and by the pool! Our boys really loved them all! The hotel has spacious and very modern feeling to it, which is nice.
