The willingness of staff to help is wonderful. Carolina and Isabella at reception are just so professional. The breakfast staff and restaurant staff are so helpful and accommodating.

An excellent hotel located around 30 minutes by walking from Targu Mures city center. We received a spacious apartment with very big terrace and nice city panorama. Big free parking near hotel, nice staff, good breakfast.

It was our pleasure to stay here. The location is perfect, we'll worth the extra €10-€15 compared to other hotels. Located right in the heart of the Main Square, and with parking at a premium, the private parking at the rear was ideal. The staff were amazing, and whilst not multi, multi lingual, their Romanian, Russian, English, Hungarian, German and a mix of others were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the ones with views over the square (ours was), made it even more pleasurable. The spa facilities were well welcomed after a few days walking round the other Transylvanian towns and cities, and the restaurant was more than adequate! It was also a birthday, and the staff surprised us with a wee something, which was a lovely touch. Everything was spotless, facilities in and around perfect, and all in all, would certainly recommend, which we don't often do! If you chose to stay, I hope your stay is as pleasurable as ours was. 10/10

Beautiful, unusual for what we expected - a little castel, like you stop in a somebody’s castel overnight in a large, quiet room, with birds songs in the morning, drink a glass of wine, have a romantic dinner. Nice staff, very friendly and nice 👍.

We stayed in a 3-bed room and, even though it was a little worn, we can’t fault it. Before our stay, we sent a message explaining that one person in our group had difficulty with stairs. We received a great response and were promised a room on the first floor—and we got it.
