The hotel is located in a nice quiet area but everything right from money exchange, laundry services , restaurants, convenience stores etc are just below the hotel. Tried the food in their onsite restaurant and it was delicious . The staff is extremely welcoming and co-operative. Rooms are extremely clean with daily housekeeping.

Food in all 3 restaurants was delicious. So many options to choose from. Pool access room was fabulous. Very clean. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. A nice touch was the birthday note left on a banana leaf on the bed on our arrival. Location was excellent and the tour operators are in the hotel at all times so it's very easy to organise any trips and taxis. Thank you for having us.

    Words cannot do justice to how incredible this hotel is. Stunning Thai design with the most amazing staff who are friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here! The room was spacious and pools were gorgeous. Great breakfast selection and free shuttle to nearby Kata beach. Good location in Phuket - away from the noise but close to Kata night market, many restaurants etc.
