The staff and location were excellent. The walls seemed a bit thin since we heard people in the hallway and next door, but luckily it was not that bad. The room (king bed) was very large and had a small refrigerator, so we did not pay for breakfast and instead bought our own food. A small mall across the street and a nice park a short walk away. Overall a great value and would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff took great care of us – myself, my wife, and our 5-year-old daughter. The spa, pool, and Terrace 16 restaurant were all excellent. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and top-notch service!

I was impressed by the room with its incredible view and the fireplace. The staff, the room service, I could go on and on, but to make it short: my stay exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in the original Waldorf in NYC many years ago and I am so glad to have had another amazing experience at a Waldorf. My room was very beautiful, I loved the sound system and the choice of music on the "Radio." The food was great, the pool and sundeck were fantastic, also nice work out room and the spa is lovely.

The beautiful courtyard where I ate breakfast, and sitting with my mug of tea on the upper deck. Beautiful old home. I also liked that the kitchen was fully available, and preparing breakfast from all the options set out and in the fridge felt like I was part of a home. You can easily make a packed lunch to take with. Really liked the large walk-in shower, and having a bottle of water available in the room. The hosts were very attentive. It is a great location with very convenient access to Fullerton Station, and right next to the DePaul University campus.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy. This hotel is beyond 5 stars - it has much more. Attention to details and the smallest plesures that make the real difference between 5 star and real luxury. Perfection. Thank you Park Hyatt.
