The best and most memorable about my short stay were the hosts, Ronnie and Thelma. Just genuinely nice people, who couldn't have been more attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location is great, 15-20 minutes drive to waterfront, when no traffic. The room was clean and got cleaned every day. My room overlooked the pool which was nice. It was also great that there is an option to book without breakfast as I had other plans at breakfast time.

The Residences at Crystal Towers offers luxurious apartments and is situated in the modern Century City, directly across from the Canal Walk Shopping Centre.

We weee offered breakfast to takeaway due to early checkout. The check in agent was very helpful. Bed comfy and a fridge in room was a nice touch. Close to shopping mall and canal.

Maxim, Natasha, Sephora and Rachel were all so brilliant at looking after us and making us feel we were at home so much so we didn’t want to leave! the location is perfect an oasis in the centre of the busy Kloof street area so it’s easy to go for fab meals locally. The bed was really comfortable and the room was large and bright with a good bath and separate shower. Breakfast was delicious especially the homemade muesli.
