Excellent location, close to the center. Linda is a very friendly and welcoming host, willing to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Our special thanks to Linda's chef Erjeta, who is a great cook and very nice person. The traditional breakfast was delicious and different every day. Finally, after a few attempts in other places, we've tried a perfect Albanian burek! When we asked for leftovers, they kindly baked fresh bureks for us for the road! Our room and bathroom were super clean and comfortable. The weather was cool, so we did not use AC, can't comment on that.

The location is great two-minute walk from the old bazar, not many shops now but there are lots of restaurant that come to life at night. It was a very quiet hotel. if you have a car there is a carpark opposite the hotel with 24-hour security for free. The staff were all very helpful. The room was great with a big bathroom. The breakfast was okay, buffet style. Very stylish for a boutique hotel.

lovely, kind and attentive hosts. very welcoming and breakfast and local dinner were very tasty! gorgeous lake views from the deck and nice peaceful decor/design in the very clean rooms. they have done such a beautiful job with the property and made us feel at home for our night in Lin.

Everything was great, comfortable, clean, all the instructions in the room were clear, nice interior design. We asked for an extra bed cover and the hosts brought it at night (it was a very cold night and the air conditioning couldn't do much) so it was fine.

Vila Helen is a beautiful new boutique hotel in the lovely village of Voskopoje. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated and has a lot of charm. The attached bar is also beautifully designed and decorated and lovely to sit and have a drink at. The breakfast included with the room was spectacular. We have done a lot of travelling in Albania and this was the best breakfast we have had! A huge variety of traditional dishes and pillowy soft petulla. We loved our stay at Vila Helen and were lucky to have fresh snow to play in.

Lovely rooms, very trendy in the design (a lot of concrete and art). Breakfast was hood, staff was friendly and moat had enough English to go about. Great spa facilities! The restaurant at the top was really good, with fantastic views although the day shift in the kitchen isn't as good as night!

The hotel is beautiful, great design, nice furniture and confortable room. Breafast was delicious. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything in the center and in front of the lake. Stunning view.
