We came upon this one as the previous hotel we’d booked for the 2 nights was so bad we left after the first night as couldn’t bear the thought I’d another one there. We turned up one or doorstep 5 hours before checkin to see if we could leave out bags there at least and the amazing woman after hearing our tale of the previous night magically found us a clean room and let us check in starlight away, 100% this will be out new go to when we come to Canberra.
