From check-in to check-out, everything was incredibly relaxed. The house itself is beautiful, with a charming little garden that’s perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the guesthouse was so inviting. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were – they even let me use the facilities after check-out. For me, it’s the best place in Byron at a great price. Highly recommend!

Indulge in our thoughtfully designed, non-smoking, large comfortable rooms, complete with modern conveniences such as flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, and in-room tea and coffee facilities. Service was beyond amazing. The breakfast that was included was brimming with options. Everything was clean and the fact that it is just a few steps away from the nearest train and metro station is the very cherry on the top of the sundae.

Sit on your balcony with a glass of wine and watch the cattle graze the surrounding farmland. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out process was easy. The rooms are clean and tidy along with beautiful views of the valley. Excellent room service and social bars. Perfect for all. Thank you for a great stay.

Originally built in 1887, the beautifully renovated Heritage Guesthouse Hotel is situated in the centre of South West Rocks, with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The beach is only 150 metres away. The room, breakfast provisions, and location were perfect. And while we didn't eat at the cafe below, we loved having one in such close proximity.

Secure parking under the property, easy to use. Staff were very accommodating and we had the property cleaned every 2 days.
