The person who checked us in could see that I was stressed about finding parking, so she came outside with me and helped me find a spot. When we checked out, we forgot something in our room. We had left the area and when I called the front desk person, she had the item sent to our next destination for us. Much appreciated! Hotel is clean, in a nice area, walking distance to the town, and comfortable. Would stay again.

Gorgeous cottage , lovely design and features, close to everything in Launceston. Well equipped kitchen , stylish ! Loved the fireplace in lounge, and smart TV, comfortable beds
Charming decor, so comfortable. Lovely interior design, beautiful gardens. Gorgeous breakfast provisions Lovely stone property Everything been well thought about
Good location and very clean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is fully equipped. New design bathroom and the shower hose is gorgeous. Only drawback is the kettle, burned on the bottom and we need to clean it using kitchen towels before use. Host is good and very responsive on messages. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful boutique hotel in a refurbished mansion. Less than 10 min drive from the Cataract Gorge. Rooms are well furnished with modern amenities that we felt conflicted that we were not spending more time enjoying the luxury. We had 2 bedrooms, and each room had a HD TV with Netflix access. Friendly owner who gave us plenty of dining recommendations.
convenient to Launceston hospital stylish, clean & comfortable room fresh & delicious dinner the interconnecting rooms are a great design
First class appliances and furniture. Brand new. Laundry/bathroom spacious and very functional. Under cover parking for car. Bedroom also very good, along with the well equipped, beautiful looking kitchen. Two high tech TVs. I felt, for the two of us, my wife and I, there was enough room for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially after getting back each evening after sightseeing in various locations/sites around Northern Tasmania. I think the interior designer did a very good job on this holiday unit.
Classy room and comfy bed. Across the road from City park and Bread & Butter(amazing pastry/coffee)around the corner. We had parking on site and the hotel is a lovely design inside.
The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Somebody has spent a great deal of time on the design and fit out of this classy boutique location. I loved the The walnut panelling and everything was above the standard of a ‘normal’ motel.
