Very clean and comfortable rooms, restaurant area’s design is quite unique and the staff is very friendly. Even without the common language we communicated perfectly. They have different options for breakfast, we had 3 different ones and they were all tasty. You can really tell it is a family hotel which makes the environment super chill.

Whoever did the design, did a fantastic job. It's beautiful!!! The strong bunkbeds are made of wood, so you don't wake up when the person above you turns around. Really Fantastic. Everything is very clean. The kitchen and living room are very pleasant indeed. The Turkish restaurant underneath is the best restaurant in Kardzhali. So you don't need to walk far for a very tasty meal. Staff is extremely helpful.
