The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very bright and spacious with a comfortable bed! Parking was nearby (at a small cost). Breakfast was included and delicious! Walking distance to restaurants and other tourist sites.

Available limited free private parking spaces, which can not be reserved. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Tsarevets Design and SPA, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene, making it clear that this hotel is a true gem in Veliko Tarnovo. Every detail, from the sleek furniture to the tasteful decor, reflects a commitment to quality and style. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, including a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view of the Tsarevets Fortress from my room was absolutely breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to my stay. The facilities were top-notch and I spent hours enjoying them! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, ensuring I had an unforgettable experience in Veliko Tarnovo. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I was impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. Highly recommend!

The hotel was super clean and in a great central location. It was perfect for one night, although I definitely would have stayed longer if I could!
