Way beyond my expectation.Always ready to help and advise on any activities. Love the picnic room, the lounge, 24/7 tea and coffee, housekeeping ladies and the lovely lady during breakfast greeting us with a smile and if we needed anything. Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. I enjoyed the simple, but delicious, breakfast. It was the perfect start to my day before heading out into those amazing mountains. I had a great view. I was surprised my room didn't come with a bathroom, but had no issues accessing whenever I needed it.

The property is unique and excellent. They have managed to retain the property's old charm while including modern amenities. We got the room facing the mountains and the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog and this place is super pet friendly too. All in all a great stay will definitely recommend

Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Interlaken. Gorgeous hotel in a cute little village! About 10 mins on the bus to Interlaken (you get Interlaken visitor cards for free from the hotel so the bus and trains in/out of Interlaken area are free). The room itself was comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and nice! The view from the balcony was a highlight.

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Hotel Schönegg is a 3-star superior hotel located right in the centre of car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train. Some rooms have a mountain-view balcony and the hotel features an award-winning restaurant which serves a variety of quality cuisine using fresh local products. Wonderful view. Victoria - Alpine Boutique Hotel & Fine Diningis a 5-minute walk from the Sherlock Holmes Museum. The Reichenbach Falls are a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The city of Bern is just over an hour away by car. Such a wonderful hotel. Gorgeous rooms, delicious food, and the owner (Simon) was so friendly and kindly helped my husband and I set up our ski touring equipment in his downstairs workshop and even gave us tips on ski touring because he is an incredible athlete! We so appreciated all the attention to detail at his fabulous hotel - highly recommend.

I liked every detail. The hair dryer also has a diffuser for curly haired guests which is excellent. the room was extremely clean, the hotel’s view is amazing, the hotel staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast is perfect. i will definetly come back!
