Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. We loved our stay here. Perfect location easy walking distance from the train station. The view was just incredible! We were in a frontal falls view room #9. It was perfect. Waking up to the view of the falls and alps is something I will never forget. And drinking champagne on the balcony at night. Everything was spotless, room and bathroom nice size. Plenty of room for our luggage. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. And the dining room has views of the falls and mountains. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful! Would just bend over backwards to make you happy. Especially the young woman at reception. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Exceptional location, very close to the Mürren BLM station. Generous and varied breakfast served in a lounge with spectacular panoramic views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the three peaks: Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were very kind and empathetic in the face of an unexpected and very difficult health issue for us: from the receptionists to the waiters, everyone was very attentive and supportive. We hope to return to Mürren, and if rooms are available, we will stay at Hotel Alpina again. Thank you for everything.

Its architecture and ambiance give guests a feeling of stepping into a historical setting while enjoying modern comforts. One notable drawback is the absence of a lift/elevator, which can be inconvenient for elderly guests or those carrying heavy luggage. The narrow stairs leading to the first and second floors may also pose a challenge for some visitors. However, this is a minor issue when weighed against the hotel’s numerous advantages. Our group of seven travellers from India thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hirschen Hotel. Despite the small inconvenience of the stairs, we were highly satisfied with the services, location, and overall experience. The beautifully located hotel, combined with its excellent staff and delightful dining, makes it a highly recommended choice for visitors to Interlaken.

Situated right above Lake Brienz, the Hotel Brienzersee (Garni) offers superb views from the rooms and from the lakeside terrace, the Brienzersee hotel is only a 5-minute drive away from the centre of Interlaken. The view, the breakfast and hosts were great.

Featuring a restaurant, Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg is located in Thun. Guests can enjoy a small wellness area including a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and some loungers on site. Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. Absolutely incredible location, as close as you can be to staying in a castle. Friendly staff that were happy to accommodate our late arrival and early departure. Really clean facilities.

Some rooms have a mountain-view balcony and the hotel features an award-winning restaurant which serves a variety of quality cuisine using fresh local products. Exceptional property with excellent views. Staff service is impeccable.

All of the modern rooms at this design hotel have cable TV. Some of the rooms have picturesque views of Engelhorn peaks and the Rosenlaui glacier.

Victoria - Alpine Boutique Hotel & Fine Diningis a 5-minute walk from the Sherlock Holmes Museum. The Reichenbach Falls are a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The city of Bern is just over an hour away by car. Modern and very stylish place. Very nice and helpful staff. Very high level hospitality. Beautiful breakfast, afternoon coffee with the cake was very nice addition.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. It offers views over Lake Brienz and the Giessbach Waterfall,an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, one of which features a summer terrace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The view was amazing overlooking the waterfall and Brienz Lake.

Built in 1881, the family-run Hotel Alpenrose is the oldest hotel in the car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train, and offers you completely renovated rooms in a traditional Alpine style and free WiFi. The apartment we got was very spacious. Extra room for our daughter with balcony overlooking the mountains. It was one of the best places. The shuttle service was also excellent
