Stunning location, classically English interiors & extremely clean but it was the service (from every member of staff) that was truly outstanding; friendly professional service that was subtle yet ever present. Exceptional. Will definitely be returning.

Convenient Tram connection to all the locations including Airport, Station. Lake, Bus Station and other Tourist spots. Front office was very eager to help, guide and give directions

Great location, quaint rooms, really clean, absolutely loved the little sitting area in the turret.
