This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

The family-run, non-smoking Hotel Gloria in Beatenberg, a 10-minute walk from the Niederhorn cable car, offers spacious ROOMS ALL WITH PRIVATE BALCONIES AND LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS. Wi-Fi and parking are available for free. The view is amazing , the room was so clean and tidy , everything is there for you . Jacky and Bernard are so professional and kind . Food is great , it was a wonderful experience having dinner with gorgeous views and very fine food . Highly recommend

Very courteous and extremely helpful host. The location is perfect and the hotel is extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also very good

The hotel is at an excellent location and it takes only 5 minutes to walk from the Interlaken West train station to the hotel. There is a bus stop at hardly 1 minute walk from the hotel which made commuting really easy. The best part is that the staff is super friendly & helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options (hot & cold) to choose from. In addition, the hotel had complementary coffee and cake in the lobby every evening for anyone to come and enjoy. The hotel and its staff had all the necessary information to visit the attractions in and around Interlaken which helped a lot.
