The property is unique and excellent. They have managed to retain the property's old charm while including modern amenities. We got the room facing the mountains and the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog and this place is super pet friendly too. All in all a great stay will definitely recommend

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

All rooms have a distinctive design and décor, ranging from classic to contemporary. Elegant interiors and spacious marble bathrooms complement the designs. Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Super comfortable bed and good Pillow menu. House keeping were unsure of what pillow I wanted so they brought 8 up to the room to see which I preferred. Best nights sleep I’ve ever had

The room was exceptional with mountain views, luxurious bathroom with designer bath (wife loved it!), super breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Everything in town was close by. The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif.

Among the hotel's facilities are a garden terrace, a sunbathing area and a cosy lounge, where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The entire hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The self kitchen was a lovely concept.

This carefully renovated 4-star hotel next to the Japanese Gardens dates back to the 14th century. The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. the room was absolutely perfect for us and consistent with the description. I always have simple expectations when booking standard accommodation but was very impressed with the room's simple but stylish fixtures and fittings. Very well done.
