Free WiFi is available. It was newly opened in December 2022 and is a fully automated boutique hotel with flexible room access with mobile key. We were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade for our stay as they had over booked their standard rooms. The location was ideal right in the heart of the old town and only a 10 min walk to the train station. The facilities, comfort and cleanliness were top marks with washing machines available in the downstairs common area and a kitchenette with sink, hob and dishwasher in our room. Only wish we had booked a longer stay.

Château Gütsch is set in a 19th-century castle, overlooking the town of Lucerne and Lake Lucerne, with views to the Rigi Mountain. The interior was renovated and designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. Free WiFi access is available. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the views from the city are beautiful during day and night. It was a great experience. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Also, breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the access to the hotel was very easy. Location is close to all central areas by foot, but the hotel also offered a card for public transportations. Will definitely recommend it and hope we can come back someday!
