Our stay was amazing! We were in Beijing to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary and when we arrived in the hotel the staff had made us a little surprise, not only by giving us a stunning room but also decorating it for the occasion! Kevin (the manager) was incredibly nice and Nick (at the reception) was extremely helpful, helping us book all the attractions, as well as a driver for a day trip. On top of this, before arriving we had told them about me being gluten-free, and every morning the chef prepared me a special breakfast, to avoid any cross-contamination and ensure that I was safe. I highly appreciated this attention to detail. Breakfast was very varied and had plenty of European and Asian choices. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area, with a Starbucks in front, and the best restaurant to eat Pekin Duck two steps away. If we are back in Beijing we are definitely booking this hotel again, I could not recommend enough :)

It is a 5-minute walk from the Jiade Artistic Center and the National Art Museum of China. The location was next to wangujing main street & the underground station , staff were very welcoming & friendly , they did their best helping me out with everything , I loved my stay

The hotel was renovated and upgraded from Beijing's traditional Zhengsi Siheyuan and has rich cultural heritage. The design style is to retain the traditional red and green elements of the courtyard house outdoors and to combine the modern Zen-like tranquility indoors. Free WIFI is provided. The Sihe courtyard is well restored with modern & comfortable room facilities including automation. More impressive to us is the hospitality of the staff in treating guests during our stay.

Combining modern chic designs into the traditional architectural structures, the themed hotel offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi access. Close to everything and the staff were amazing. Helpful and very friendly.

House in a well-preserved old residence, The Orchid Hotel, Beijing is located in the historic Hutong area in the heart of Beijing, a 12-minute walk from Houhai Lake, a popular area filled with various bars and restaurants. It features free WiFi in all areas and free bicycles. Staying at the Orchid Hotel has been the highlight of my trip to Beijing. The hotel is neatly tucked away in a very quiet part of the Hutong not far from the historic Drum Tower (can be seen from the hotel’s rooftop). Many landmarks, restaurants, bars, and shops are conveniently located nearby and can be explored by foot — my preferred option. In terms of the space, the hotel’s interior has been carefully designed to preserve the characteristics of the very historic neighborhood while adding a bit of modern aesthetics. Finally, I very much enjoyed interacting with the staff, who were very friendly and eager to share the real Beijing experience with the guests.
