Right opposite Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel, is located in the city centre. It features collections of ancient Chinese antiques, modern art galleries, a Chinese-style courtyard and accommodation with free wired internet access. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. One of the rooms that I booked had unobstructed view of the lake which is awesome. The courtyard and terrace are a good place for gathering for those traveling in bigger group. All staff members of the property are pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The two ladies serving breakfast were superb in customer service; they cooked some veggies specifically for me upon knowing my dietary needs.

Staff is helpful, friendly and Jason speaks English, so communication is really easy. Also had our pickup from and dropoff to Guilin arranged by the hotel, which made things very smooth.

A relaxing retreat away from the city, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the historic Yangshuo West Street. Rustic wood walls, tastefully Chinese-style decoration and classic works of art add to the charm of this property. I loved that this hotel was smack in the middle of the beautiful karst scenery. The hotel had bikes available to rent and provided a wonderful biking route to see lush greenery, flowers, the Yulong river, ancient Chinese bridges and even a little village from the Ming era. The hotel staff was so helpful and warm. The on site restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinners. Highly recommend staying here!

Convenient location to the biking activities near the Yulong River. Bikes were free to use and the host was very helpful with booking of all Yangshuo activities. Room was nice and big, although with no elevators. Cleanliness could be improved but it wasn't a huge issue (just some dust on the wall).

Liangjiang International Airport can be reached in 1 hour's car journey. The best hotel I’ve been in. Very nice neighbourhood (a lot of restaurants, a great park) and excellent facilities, very clean.

This Resort is a literal dream, especially if you want to relax but still be close to the city centre of Guilin. It is located in a lovely park and there is a shuttle provided to get you to the resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and the whirlpool are amazing. The room was also quite big and very comfortable.
