The staff make a huge effort to make you welcome. They set up dinner in a different location around the grounds every night. The food was delicious. There weren't too many choices, which meant that I don't think too much food was wasted. The Happy Hour bar is right on the waterfront where you can look at turtles and watch the sunset. The rooms are comfortable. and the hotel buildings are all attractive and spread out around the grounds. The highlight was definitely the location though, with palm trees and beautiful sea views everywhere you look. Jose on the boat ride over and back was very friendly and helpful.

What really makes this hotel stand out though is the staff: I’ve never met a more engaged, professional, and kind team. We’ve felt exceptionally well taken care of. My friend unfortunately required medical attention, which could have been a problem on an island like this, but the hotel immediately supported us with dedicated medical staff, a doctor on the line and everything at hand to help her feel better. Especially Erika made our stay really special, making sure we always had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. Thank you!

There is a swimming pool, massage sessions are available and guests can go on snorkelling trips. Everything!!! Our stay at the hotel was worth every minute, from the boat ride from the dock to our return. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, the food is very typical and delicious. If you are looking for a place to really disconnect, relax in front of the beach and enjoy the advantages of being on an island, Islas del Encanto is the place. Set on 6.64 hectares of land, the property boasts extensive gardens, hammock areas, lounge beds, a viewpoint, access to private beaches with full services, an open-air massage area, beach bars, and two outdoor restaurants designed for unique dining experiences and special events. Lovely decor and gardens, magic spot, nicely appointed rooms, a real luxury feel, expensive but worth it. I also had an awesome massage in the spa.
