The biggest and most pleasant surprise was from the hotel’s restaurant. Chef Esteban and his team are creating amazing dishes in a restaurant that already has guaranteed guests (not easy to go elsewhere for dinner in the jungle). Despite this, they put major effort to their dishes and are delivering outstanding flavors. All is well cooked, with real attention. congratulations again :) Another thing to note is the story behind how this property was developed in the jungle, where basic modern amenities (like hot water and wifi) are difficult to secure: in this place you feel privileged to shower in hot water while your bathroom is surrounded by trees and birds.
