Xenios is a wonderful person and a perfect host. we had a great welcoming and had a chance to experience the real Cyprus thanks to his pleasant and professional hospitality! It lies within 350 metres from the port and just a few steps from restaurants, bars and shops, and the famous Saint Lazarus Church. Right in front of the beach. Well decorated. Full kitchen facilities. Large balcony with an excellent view. Parking available in the back but requires asking for a remote to open the gate.

The property offers a fully furnished Rooftop terrace fitted with a Hot Tub, Sauna. Barbeque facilities and unobstructed Sunset and Mediterranean Sea views. Wonderful flat, good equipped, comfy bed, amazing balcony with sea view and good working aircon. Host and staff was super nice and helpful. The rooftop is extraordinary. I loved staying there and I’d love to come back.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas. Fabulous hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice facilities. Will definitely return, but as all-inclusive as food was lovely.
