Just a 5-minute walk from the railway station, the Rheinhotel St. Goar provides a convenient base from which to explore the attractions of the UNESCO-listed Upper Middle Rhine Valley. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - top class and far more than I expected. Our host filled our flasks with hot water for our day out which was very good. Hotels in Germany never seem to have a jug so this was appreciated. Gave us tips for visiting Loreley Rock and St Goarshausen via the ferry which we followed. Thank you Stored our bikes downstairs easily too and gave us a very good recommendation for dinner. Excellent meal.

Always a fantastic stay and exceptional quality with location, rooms, breakfast, which includes their Breuer Sekt, and dinner where we had the best Rose from their family vineyard and, of course Rüdesheimer Kaffee desert. We enjoyed every minute and sang along with the house band too... walking distance to everything and be sure to take Seilbahn and walk down the vineyards and explore Asbacht Uralt brandy, the main ingredient in the special coffee. I highly recommend staying here.....

It offers a restaurant with an outdoor terrace & bar. free underground parking, free Wi-Fi and a fitness room are available.

CONTEL Hotel features three function rooms in addition to the 14 conference rooms, and a bar. The rooms have been refurbished in 2018 and show love many lovely details. Amazing decoration, really clean room, fenomenal breakfast buffet. The staff was really good aswell. Has parking places for costumers. Loved the fact they had a flea market of old stuff from the hotel that you could buy! All the surrondings of the hotel were really beautiful.

It's right across the road from the Rhine RIver with a Castle on the hill across the Rhine from the hotel and an old one behind. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast were very good. We had a river view which was excellent. The hotel also has an elevator. Would stay again if I am back to St Goar.
