Traveling with two young children isn’t always easy, but the entire hotel team was incredibly patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A special shoutout to Yanett from the reception team, who was the star of our stay. Yanett was not only helpful but genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. She suggested an upgrade to a Junior Suite at a discounted rate, ensuring we had more space and comfort for our family. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy the extra room and relax during our visit. The Junior Suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Yanett’s kindness didn’t stop there – she was always available to assist with any requests, big or small.
