From the moment we stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Traveling with two young children isn’t always easy, but the entire hotel team was incredibly patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A special shoutout to Yanett from the reception team, who was the star of our stay. Yanett was not only helpful but genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. She suggested an upgrade to a Junior Suite at a discounted rate, ensuring we had more space and comfort for our family. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy the extra room and relax during our visit. The Junior Suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Yanett’s kindness didn’t stop there – she was always available to assist with any requests, big or small. The bright rooms come with either a private or shared bathroom, and some have a small balcony. My telephone has stolen (not in the hostel), all the staff members helped me and it was amazing. The place is very clean, very friendly hostel.

Featuring modern décor in neutral tones, the air-conditioned rooms at the UVE Alcobendas come with a 37-inch flat-screen TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. They all feature views of Alcobendas. Clean room, nice big king size bed and a nice little wooden crib with a comfortable mattress for the baby. Breakfast was very nice, delicious coffee. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was 10 min away from the airport. There is a shuttle service for 9eur each way.
