Although the owners were away on vacation, their staff member took excellent care of everything. She was kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The outdoor jacuzzi with a panoramic view was the highlight of our stay – a perfect spot to unwind while watching the sunset. Breakfast was classic French and delicious, with fresh pastries, homemade jam, juice, and fruit.

I wasn't 100% sure what it was going to be like from the listing, but this hotel is such a lovely paradise. The owners have put in so much care and detail into all aspects to really make it feel special. We enjoyed breakfast on our patio every morning overlooking the grounds and the Luberon valley beyond. It was beautiful and a time we looked forward to each morning! We enjoyed a takeout dinner one night from a local restaurant and enjoyed the pool deck while having dinner soaking in the sunset. It was beautiful! We walked into Gordes every day, and received such great insights & recommendations from the owner!

Lou Amourie is set in Roussillon, 49 km from Avignon Central Station, 50 km from Avignon TGV Train Station, as well as 3 km from The Ochre Trail. The property is around 9.1 km from Village des Bories, 18 km from Abbaye de Senanque and 38 km from Thouzon's cave. Dedier and Philip are great hosts, they do everything they can to make you feel at home. The property is beautiful, in the middle of the country side. There is a cute garden where you can have breakfast if the weather is good. The house is from the1900 and still keeps its charm. It felt like an authentic experience to stay with them. I loved the candles at the stairs, it gave a magical atmosphere. The bathroom is outside the room, but it´s very private. The breakfast was lovely and Philip gave us great tips about the region. It’s honestly one of the most breathtakingly beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. From the location of the hamlet, to the well thought out design touches inside the rooms, to the amazing French breakfast!! The hosts are so kind and extremely helpful, we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in France. I cannot recommend La Providence enough!!!

Domaine de l’Enclos was the perfect luxury getaway and base for us to explore this beautiful French region. The spacious chateau was instantly relaxing and peaceful, with the gardens and room layout combining to make it feel like our own private oasis. Jean Luc, Carole, Cathy and Yannick were genuine super hosts, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, providing us with daily recommendations for restaurants and other attractions, and proactively making our stay very memorable. The chateau itself was beautiful, with a pool and games room, and perfectly located a short stroll into Gordes. The whole family loved our stay and can’t wait to make the trip back from Australia to stay again. I couldn’t recommend it more highly and have told all my friends about this hidden gem!
