A pretty, privately owned hotel in the heart of a relaxed, charming little beach town. It is a priority managed with love and pride for it. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend the apartment. Its very clean, comfortable and warm. We used the room in the winter season and it was always very comfortable.

It also has a room service, 24/7 reception and luggage-storage. A lovely small hotel with friendly staff and conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the train station. Our room was very comfortable with a glimpse of the sea. The courtyard garden is lovely for a quiet place to read, early evening drinks and breakfast.

The room has outside automatic shutters that keep the room nice and dark! Good sound proofing! Loved the unique elevator! The Spa was amazing and modern! The snow machine by the saunas was a surprise as was the amazing pool!

Hôtel Carlton is situated 300 metres from the Baie des Fourmis Beach in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and 550 metres from the Beaulieu-sur-Mer Train Station and Bus Stops. Guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool. Bright, warm and welcoming. Wonderful location. Staff are excellent. Highly recommended. Travel to Nice regularly and would happily stay at the Carlton from now on. A real find.
