Stuart and Janet are wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful and kind. Our room was lovely, very cosy and immaculately clean. Our breakfasts were huge and delicious. Stuart and Janet also suggested sightseeing locations, which we explored. They also put homebaked biscuits in our room plus there were complimentary cakes and nibbles available in reception. To sum up, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here and hope to come back one day.

Great rooms Great breakfast . And 2 minutes walk to the rassay distillery . With options of tours and dinner reservations at the distillery from rassay house we were well looked after and will definitely be visiting again to experience the activities that are available boat rides kayaking and more water activities.

Malt whiskies and fresh coffees can be enjoyed by the real fire in the stylish Merchant bar. Perfect hotel - outdone all 4 and 5 stars hotels I've stayed in in my life. Amazing staff that couldn't be more helpful and accommodating, perfect location right in Portree centre overlooking the iconic view, absolutely all comfort amenities such as bath robes, slippers, toiletries, water bottles in the room. Perfect cleanliness and everything is high quality. You can tell that people owning and working at the hotel really put heart and soul into everything they do as every little detail was though of. Our room was spacious and warmed up for when we arrived late. When my friend forgot earphones in the hotel, staff kindly mailed them back. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant too and it's very conveniently open later than all other places in town. Huge thank you to everyone at Bosville for your amazing work!

Duisdale House Hotel is a luxury, award winning, family run boutique hotel on Skye’s southern Sleat Peninsular. With breath taking views over the sea loch to the mountains beyond, this former hunting lodge, oozes character and charm. Each of our individually styled bedrooms is unique and distinctive and complements the historic features of Duisdale House. The staff was friendly, and especially the front desk manager help us a lot. The food was great! And the location so calming and peaceful.

We stay at the Gate Lodge, which was really special and a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great shower and extra large cast iron tub. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The individually designed bedrooms have original character and contemporary furnishings. All rooms have a private bathroom and stylish decor, and each features a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. Wow an absolutely stunning location , the whole house and sister hotel are fabulous so we’ll set up to pamper you .. The staff were also amazing..so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble
